Who you would be working with.
I am George. I have spent more than ten years building AI that has to work on a Monday, in businesses where a wrong answer is expensive. I now do that for people running much smaller operations, one at a time.
What I actually did.
- Led AI engineering and data science teams from the first idea through to the thing running in production and actually being used, including the architecture and the delivery standards.
- Built retrieval systems that answer from your own documents, and the evaluation around them that says whether the answers are any good, how fast they came back, and whether they were safe.
- Put the controls in that most people skip: monitoring, validation, written documentation, and a human in the loop where a mistake would be expensive.
- Modernised how things get deployed so a release is boring, and moved workloads onto consumption pricing where it made them cheaper and steadier.
- Built the models behind decisions in insurance and financial services, with the explainability and governance that regulated work demands.
I do not name the companies. The work was done under agreements I intend to keep, and a logo on my page is not worth a sentence I should not write. What I will do is answer any question you have about how I would approach yours.
Why that matters for something your size.
The habits are the same, and they are the part people skip. Anything that leaves your hands waits for you. Every run leaves a record so you can tell success from silence. The thing that tells you it has quietly stopped gets built before the clever part does.
The difference is scale, not standard. You get the same checking a regulated business would insist on, pointed at the job that eats your week.
And the honest part. This runs alongside a full time job, which is why the hours are published, the scope is fixed in writing before we start, and the engagement ends rather than drifting. I would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
I do this for a living, and I use it on myself.
I am George. AI and data is my profession, and has been for years. The setup on this page is the one that runs my own week, and more than once it has caught a mistake of mine.
What I set up for you is that same thing, built around your work instead of mine. I have helped clients in unrelated trades, and highlighted a few of them on the case studies page.
It asks first. So do I.
- NamedPeople running their ownClients in unrelated trades, every one of them rated five out of five, each with a name and a date on this page. None of them were engineers.
- DailyThe same setup runs my own weekScheduled jobs, a morning brief, and a gate that holds anything outward or unverified until I have looked at it. What you get is the same thing, pointed at your work.
- YoursA custom agent, tailored to youI configure an agent around the work you already do, then set up the checks that tell you when something has quietly stopped.
- 2 to 3Sittings, then it is yoursA fixed fee, agreed in writing before we begin. One follow up session is included, and then the engagement ends. What was built is yours, in your own accounts.
- SmallBuilt for businesses your sizeThe big software companies send a real person to firms with hundreds of staff. Everyone smaller gets a help page and a chat window. If that is you, you are exactly who this is for.
